Shipping Method

Due to the particularity of our jewelry, the quality of each product must be inspected manually and packaged one by one before shipping.

Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 business days / Mon - Sat) + Shipping Time
Processing time differs from product to product. Generally, it is about 2 business days (Mon - Sat). Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours. For engraving or customized orders, it will take 3 - 8 business days.

Delivery Methods
Two kinds of shipping methods are available in our online store.
1. Standard Shipping: Free Shipping And No Minimum which takes about 7-12 business days (Mon - Sat), the total delivery time would be 8-15 business days (Mon - Sat).
2. Expedited Shipping: 15$ shipping fee, Orders can also be shipped via expedited DHL, UPS, TNT, DPD, FedEx, or EMS which only takes about 3-5 business days (Mon - Sat), the total delivery time would be 4-8 business days (Mon - Sat).

Shipping Cost
Our freight (Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping) is based on the different destination and package weight. If you need an accurate amount, please visit the checkout page and then choose your destination to get a shipping estimate.

After we ship out your products, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track. You can also check your order information at this link.

1. Urcouple is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

2. Please leave sufficient details of your shipping address to ensure smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can accurate to Apt/unit number. Please note that Urcouple is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, and other wrong shipping information.

3. We do not accept P.O. BOX or APO addresses, logistics companies refuse to deliver, and your order is easily lost. If you insist on using the P.O. BOX address, no matter what kind of shipping cost you pay, it will take more than 15 days to receive the goods.

4. "Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout. Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. The shipping time listed in the table above is just ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival), and most of our shipped parcels can be delivered within this time frame. However, due to the impact of the CVOID-19, the international flight resources are in shortage recently, as well as the severe epidemic situations overseas, it may lead to a delay of parcel processing and delivery services in destination countries in different uncertain ways.
